The Gruppo Sportivo Castello di Fiemme organizes a cross country race valid as 38° edition of the Trophy named SKIRI TROPHY XCOUNTRY, with FIS, FISI and the regional Trentino FISI Committee approval.

 

38° SKIRI TROPHY X COUNTRY

The race takes place on the 22nd and 23rd January 2022 in Lago di Tesero, Trentino, Italy.

All the FIS or FISI license holders can participate to the race, which will be held inclassic technique for all the BABY and CUCCIOLI – RAGAZZI and ALLIEVI categories.

Registrations must be submitted online within Sunday 16th January, 2022 and will close on Tuesday January 19th.

through   the   dedicated   page   of   the   website   (www.skiritrophy.com)   which   will   be published only during the registration period.
 

At the achievement of 1200 participants, the registration will be closed regardless of the date.

The registration fee is €11,00.

After payment, a copy of the bank transfer receipt together with the downloadable receipt   from   the   website   after   registration   must   be   sent   to amministrazione.skiritrophy@gmail.com  within 12 am of Thursday 20th  January 2022, in order to allow administration an easier management of the bibs distribution.

SKIRITROPHY X COUNTRY REVIVAL

 

Classical Technique race of km. 5 – female/male born in /003 and older, reserved to the athletes who have taken part to the Trophy in the past.

 

All the participants must have a FISI license or a sport medical certificate.

​

NOTE: Participants will be updated on eventual obligations regarding green pass, according to Covid-19 restrictions applying when the event takes place.

​

 

DISTRIBUTION OF THE BIB NUMBERS AND JURY MEETING

​

The distribution of the race numbers will be held as following:

 

Friday 21st January 2022                9 am -12 am and 3 pm - 7 pm 

in the race office into the Edificio Polifunzionale in Castello di Fiemme

Saturday 22nd January 2022        9 am - 12 am

at the Cross Country Stadium in Lago di Tesero.
 

For the bibs pick up it is compulsory to show an ID (passport, identity card,…) or the FISI license of each athlete.

 

At   the   bibs   pick   up,   it   is   compulsory   to   deliver   the   privacy   releasing statement   of   each   athlete,   signed   by   the   parent   who   has   the   parental responsibility of the underage, together with the copy of the identity card.

Without   these   requirements   the   athlete   will   be   excluded   from   the competition. Eventual certificates linked to Covid-19 will be asked according to restrictions applying when the event occurs.

It   is   compulsory   to   deliver   the   privacy   releasing   statement   and   eventual Covid-19 certificates also for the partecipants of Skiri Trophy Revival.

Before   competitions,   guidelines   will   be   published   together   with   potential other requirements for a safe event. 

 

 

 

 

The 10% of the registration fee will be donated to support needy children in the world, in collaboration with the Associazione Amici Trentini.

The Jury meeting will be held at the race office in Castello di Fiemme on Friday 21st January 2022 at 8.30 pm, and only one representative per sports association will be admitted.

The event is valid for SKIRI TROPHY X COUNTRY cup assignment to the sports association placed as first according to the results of its athletes: 20 points to the first classified, 17 to the second, 14 to the third, 12 to the fourth. Afterward 1 point minus till the 15th classified and 1 point to all the others.
 

The O.C. can modify the present regulation if needed in order to guarantee the best success of the event and the races, according to R.T.F. e R.I.S. The O.C. will adequate the present regulation according to Covid-19 restrictions applying when the event occurs. 

 

Complaints must be explained to the Jury in written form, together with a tax of 50,00 Euro, which will be returned only in case of acceptance of the complaint and according to the art. 372 of the R.T.F. and 362 of the R.I.S. for the ski races.
 

TThe Organizing Committee declines all responsibility for accidents to competitors, third parties and things before, during and after the event, for insurance purposes the provisions of the FISI insurance policies in favor of members are valid. For anything not covered by this regulation, the rules contained in the R.T.F. and R.I.S. for ski races are valid.
